Way overpriced. Poor customer service and return policy.

would not give my money back like they told my contractor because he bought it. I have to go back to him for refund. I payed the contractor. Had to ask for copy of the return tiles. The employee was not going to give me a copy. not sure I will use them in the future.

called to confirm they have spin doctors caps. "Yup. We have 12. I'll put 2 on order". Sent my employee. He pays... No spin doctors". Wasted 1.5 he's of company time and truck, gas, etc. Supervisor could not care less. 🤣🤣🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
