They been doing a poor job, nails to thin brakes then there shape of nails it’s never the way you ask! Or if you request a special nails they always make it were it’s not what you asked for

I’m not sure why they have a 4.4 rating. I got an acrylic full set w gel polish and asked for oval shaped nails and didn’t receive the shape I wanted. She did my nails almond shape and way longer than I told her to do them and left bubbles under my nails. She also broke my skin open under my nail. The lady that did my nails was really aggressive with grabbing by hands way too hard as well. 4/10 of my nails are also very crooked. Would not go back again.

Customer Safety

I went to the nail salon for a full set/manicure and pedicure. The older man at the salon who did the pedicure was very rough. It was as if he did not want to do the pedicure. He didn’t seem to know how to cut the cuticles on my toes which made the process very painful. I chose the type of pedicure that has the callous treatment. I work 12 hour days, 5 days a week, on my feet everyday. I get pedicures every 6 weeks. I travel for my job, so normally go to different salon each time. He got the “cheese grater” out of a cabinet and began using it on my feet. He then looked at me and began talking to the other workers in a different language. I could tell he was making a bad comment about me because when he did, each of the workers then looked at me. After I heard him and saw how the workers reacted, I asked the older man,” did I do something wrong ?” He stated “ I am scrubbing your foot” as he snickered to himself. I felt sooo uncomfortable at that point and began to tear up. The man finished the grater and washed my feet up. He then went to the cabinets. I didn’t see what he had gotten as my eyes were full of tears. I found out quickly as he put scalding hot rock in my right leg! I jumped and thankfully the rock fell off my leg. The whole time, he didn’t appear to care. At this point I was sobbing. He asked me what was wrong. I told him that I had never felt so unwelcome in a salon before today. He then began YELLING at me saying he didn’t make fun of me and talk bad of me. The nice woman behind the desk came to my chair and I told her what had happened: then I told her I just wanted to be done. I paid for a basic pedicure and left. No manicure. I will never go back there. That man is not nice and needs to get more training on nail care. I have been to dozens of nail salons in many cities and never have I been made to feel so unwelcome and made fun of.
