Good path for running and cycling, the whole loop is around 1.8 miles, depending on which paths you take. Nice area for portrait photography and some wildlife photography as there are many birds, geese, and turtles. I recommended this park for anyone looking for a scenic view for their walks or runs.

I think you will need to contact the village hall and speak with the specific department who is managing the Lake Arlington to gain feedback on your question. Most likely, you will not receive an answer on this post from the village.

Yes you can. Has a nice ramp down to a little beach and pier.
There are no public lockers to keep money while swimming. Anyway, I would not swim in this lake as it is very stinky and dirty. Perhaps put your feet in the water and that is alll about it. The parking lot is very close by the "beach". You can leave your belongings in the car as long as your car is secure.
I didn't see that anybody brought the grill. But you can call park district of Arlington Heights and ask them
