Worst pharmacy Customer service ever!!! The lady assisting me over the phone wouldnt let me finish spelling my name to help locate my prescription, instead she just tells you that nothing comes in the search.

This CVS needs a better Covid vaccine procedure. I come in for my appointment time, check-in and it takes forever for the pharmacy tech to even get to me because if someone else comes in to pick up a prescription, she goes and helps them. She gets no help at all, and then I’m left waiting for 20-30 minutes to get a shot that takes 2 seconds. I don’t know if it’s just this CVS or all CVS’s, but this is horrible and extremely annoying. Especially since I’m missing work to get this shot, and I’m just trying to get back to work ASAP.

I had to set up a E-Visit and i got to talk to NP Yoder... she was simply amazing. She was patient and listened to what i had to say and gave me information that i was unaware of. This was better than my PCP appointment. So glad i got to speak with her!!! She is amazing!!
