My grandfather was in this place for about 2 years. His emergency contact was my mother who passed away about a year ago. Of course I notified them then and they were supposed to change it. Every couple of months I would call or visit him. Today I called and Gwen told me I should contact his family members and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the administrator who I explained to the situation and just if she could please tell me when/how he passed, she had to stop herself from saying something and then said, “some things are better left unsaid, I don’t think I can help you” and then she hung up on me. We will not be able to know when or how he passed, we will not be able to have a proper funeral for him. This place is absolutely disgusting with the rudest people on planet earth working there. You are better off putting your loved ones in any other place than this one. I have contacted the police and hopefully will get some answers that way.

I moved my loved one 5 months ago. I felt I didn’t want my previous review to influence anyone either way. Honestly, I miss several staff members and this place was my first nursing facility after having my loved one home w me for 43 years. My friends and I tried very hard to support the facility but things went array. The pandemic didn’t help. The change has been good. Although we miss the staff.

It's not the exterior of the house that makes a home, it's the people that live inside that make you feel like a family then you know you are home. Is the best way to describe our experience. Shout out to Rich, Mia, Gilbert and staff. Rich was always transparent. They all worked really hard to meet my request with the resources they have. Every day I would see facility improvements, hiring staff, celebrations and activities with the residents. I enjoyed speaking with the residents and hearing their stories. They have a beautiful piano in the front entrance and my daughter would sometimes play for the residents. Thank you for all that you do!

I went to see one of my best friends in the entire world yesterday. The facility allowed me to bring her cat in to visit as well. Very busy place and every single staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and displayed genuine care. Of course I have a wish list. I wish the rooms were bigger, I wish the hard working staff made more money, and I wish my friend didn't need to be there. ❤🌻❤
