First time there and I will go back. Prices were good and the nail person was very nice and he did a great job. Nails were in bad shape and he did wonders.

The nail lady, normally I would say tech, but some of these workers are unskilled and unprofessional. They do what they like on your nails instead of what you requested. I dont understand the point of having nail examples up or available if they can't duplicate them. I thought the first time, just bad experience but the third time, after giving two more chances. I'm done. I wanted my nails off once she finished.

Upon entering the Spa the head person greeting was very aggressive also with an attitude I ignored that part they gave me an inexperienced tech but she was very attentive and polite she did very well with my pedi but the polish and polishing wasn't good no problem all I wanted was the a good pedi which she did now the mani and paying bill they said if I pay with cash you'll get the promotion card which after 8 punches you get 10.00 off of 9th pedicure I used my debit card which in my mind is the same as cash again the greeter giving me attitude which was getting a bit hostel in our exchange I opted out of the waxing for my brows and asked for my money back for my eyebrows I didn't appreciate the aggressive approach and the attitude that came with the service from the head person who was the greeter and personally it had a racist under tone because she didn't speak to the others in that tone if you're black go to another spa my 1st and last time at this establishment my money is green I pay for what I want I refuse to spend my money and get spoken to in that tone I
