Friendly staff and great receptionist. I really like how they are always on time with your appointment and how you are not stuck there for hours. I usually get a no chip mani and regular pedicure and am in and out in a little over a hour. No more than 1.5 hrs(if that). My only complaint would be the pedicure. Not the best. I feel they rush through it. They do not scrub the bottom of the feet or put anytime into the lotion /hot towel. I was hoping it was just the specific nail tech, but after 4 pedicures (once every 2/3 weeks) they were all the same. They responded but thought I was referring to my polish change because but it was not. It's about the full pedicures I've received from there.
