I walked in salon around 11:35am, was asked how could they help. I asked for an overlay, the stylist replied ok. I didn’t know the wait was going to be so long. I was actually prepared considering Mother’s Day is approaching. The shop was NOT crowded at all. There were only 2 stylist though. She then returned around 12:40 and asked again what did I want. I was confused at this point because we made eye contact a few times while she was working with another customer. She then nodded and went to the back and started on a pedicure. I sat patiently to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me again. Never happened, so I finally got a clue and left at 1:16pm. I was so upset that my time was disrespected. All they had to do was let me know they weren’t going to be able to wait on me and maybe suggest a time for me to come back or even give me an appointment for another day. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at this shop. So sad it’s always like this and we continue to frequent these establishments because they’re conveniently located in the neighborhood. I should’ve know better after the eyebrow incident with my daughter. SMH
