Terrible customer service. Allegedly changed prices and charge for color hair. Braiders are disappearing and the ones that's there braid terribly. I will never go back to this shop, she will continue to lose customers, very unprofessional.

Not good customer service I walked in trying get my dreads twisted I was waiting and was told I was next two other people came in and went before me and got they hair washed before me I walked out said I will go some place else and it was no a/c

I’ve been going to Emmah for years! She was more humble when she braided out her house! I personally like her and supports her business but she’s often overbooked and my daughter waited two hours and had to leave! The lady who braided my hair never disappoints me but the prices went up but not the service and they could work on that! If the lady with the baby not braiding my hair I won’t go!!! My main problem is the overbooking and everyone has the same appointment with not enough staff! I recommend this place if you’re willing to wait but I’m a little disappointed about the business aspects and that’s a shame because it’s a black business!!!
