Very dirty business practices!! Run far away!!! Took a deposit and charged us another $150 for “ruining” her day. My fiancé brought my son into the store and they kicked her out saying it’s against policy to bring kids there. She then started talking about vaccinations (oh god). People here are looking for any loopholes to take your money without doing any work!! RUN FAR AWAY! Please don’t support business who go try to steal from hardworking people by using loopholes!!!! EDIT Very sneaky business practices!!!!! I wonder how much money this business has made by canceling people’s appointment and being petty about everything. They gaslight you into thinking you’re wrong. They will steal your money and smile at your face!!!

They told my friend, who is a single mother that she could not bring her two year old to the appointment. They took a 250 deposit and charged her 150 for cancelling her appointment. A single mother, who shows up on time and gave deposit no problem. No where on their website says nothing about not allowing children only not servicing children. As a mother and a women I will never even consider this place. Absolutely disgusting. Since I cannot reply to the ridiculous reply there I will edit and add more. Never in my life have I heard of there being danger to children. A women can even consistently dye her hair with bleach while pregnant and still be with no harm. You are telling me a baby in a stroller will be danger to the staff/patrons there. Please you are just trying to excuse what you did today. You could of simply asked she has the baby picked up or reschedule her service. I have never heard of a salon not allowing babies to come in. Absolutely disgusting

I love this place! I've been seeing Marisha for my hair care for a few months and not only do I feel very safe inside the facility, even during the (still ongoing) pandemic, but I also trust that I'm going to leave loving my hair every time. Their new space is gorgeous and spacious and they cycle the air out completely (no recycled air??) so it's easier for me to relax while I get my hair done. Not only did Marisha DELIVER with the perfect platinum the first time and every time after, she helped me choose a somewhat impulsive vivid color addition to my usual service and was incredibly accommodating the entire time. She's very creative and has a solid eye for color and detail. Their sustainability practices are actually really cool and impressive too. SUPER highly recommend!!!
