Three self-serve kiosks in lobby, Lobby accessible at all times to all (not just box holders), no dongle/key needed. on 10/9/22 all three kiosks were working, one had a message it was operational but could not print receipt, but 2nd machine tried was fine.

Do you have to be miserable and angry to work at this Post Office or does the job make you miserable and angry? Why treat the customers so rude? The front counter people who work there should find another job if they are so miserable.

I went today to pick two boxes. One box was somewhat damaged. The mail lady told me that I can decline damaged box. Then the post office would send back damaged box which could cause more damage. I had no choice but to receive. These boxes are somewhat heavy. I asked to use a dolly not given. I asked for help that didn't happen. I was trying to avoid a second trip. The lady was not very helpful at all. A customer in line volunteered to help me. Very poor service from this USPS office. I do have a bad back which I didn't mention. I hope I never have anymore business with USPS again.

Go to the post office that delivers your mail - you will have to do it in person. Take your driver's license and a utility bill to prove identity. They will tell you how long it will take to replace. If it will take a while, you can put a hold for pickup on your mail.
what do you mean mail for local delivery or mail that is recieved to be processed. Many factors either way weather, volume, time to receive, distribute and process. lots of variables. Hope this helps

Bring a copy of your lease or utility bill showing you live there and ID to the post office. I believe it costs $50 bucks but I could be mistaken.
