Receptionist in the office is rude to everyone. Very poor customer service skills. Needs to be managed more by immediate on-site manager.

Receptionist was rude, flat lied and said there was no way i could turn my water on without even listening to me. Had to have my ex wife call to find out how to turn on my water. They are nowhere near spring, where they service, and you can't do business online. Rude, archaic, inefficient water lords.

Terrible customer service. I went in and paid my bill in person because I needed my service to be disconnected the following Monday after we sold our home. To my surprise, I stopped by to check the mail and had a notice on my door. I called to find out why the water was still on and the lady that answered made me feel as if it were my fault that they had not done their job. They charged me another 3 weeks worth of water after I asked for it to be turned off. When asked what I could do, I was told they were not able to do anything and had to pay it. I suggest you follow up 10 to 12 times to make sure they do their job!! If I could give a negative 5, I would.

The park is open to the community and depending on whether you are a resident of the district or not determines if you can keep any of the fish.
