Lou is a great technical boxing trainer who really knows his stuff. Always on time, super professional, and you won't leave his workouts without being drenched in sweat. If you put in the work Lou will get you the results. Try him and you'll see...

Ive trained with Lou for a few months and have really enjoyed it. Coming in with no prior boxing experience, I've learned a tremendous amount during our short time working together. On top of the coaching he gives you during the workout he also will give you some drills to do at home/ in the gym. If you are looking to learn how to box and get a good workout then I would highly recommend working with Lou.

Lou has been training my 13-year old daughter with private boxing lessons for several months now. He is a fantastic coach: patient and firm. I was amazed at how much she had learned after a few weeks of lessons. She loves it (which is very hard to find at her age) and has built confidence, strength, and stamina. His prices are very reasonable for private lessons. He is flexible with the times he is available and even comes to the park near our house so it’s super convenient. He couldn’t have made it easier for us We will definitely keep Lou as her boxing coach!

Alex, most of my students are 14 or older. It is possible that I have a kids class beginning in Sept.
Uly, that's great! You're welcome to come in and give it a try.
There really is no membership. You pay for classes at the beginning of the month. No contracts (in the foreseeable future). Classes can range from $15 for a single class, $125 for a month or as high as $65 for 1 on 1 training when available.
Yes, but kids are not allowed to spar. Usually 13 years or older is best, however, I have taught boys and girls as young as 8.
