I wanted to share a quick story in hopes that perhaps it will help someone else one day.. my oldest son has always struggled with anxiety as he went in to his early teen years he seemed to feel worse with all the pressures at school . Although we always kept him busy with different activities he still seemed a bit lost . At some point it was suggested that he start taking antidepressants ..I as a mom felt he wasn’t there yet and looked at different things he could do to help him.. when we found Sam Colonas Gym we were so excited to give it a try . My son came out super tired his first day lol but so happy ! Feeling super ready for the next class . Today he’s a much more confident kid , and is much better at socializing with kids his age .. he’s even taken the time to practice with his siblings. So I’m very thankful that we found this gym ! A special thanks to the instructors and to Debbie ❤️ Who genuinely care about all our kiddos .

Yes she can. They got the kids class from 4pm -5:30pm. 1st class is free
There is lots of boxing equipment there. If your coming to only to lose weight I believe the equipment is there for those purposes also.

You would have to talk to the owner about how much I believe it is monthly payments for membership. The gym is open everyday. It is the best gym in the Chicago area for boxing

They will teach you to regular kick, back kick, fly kick, roundhouse kick, sneak attack kick, double kick, and all that good stuff. Open Gym is $50/month. Open Gym + Group Classes (boxing & kickboxing) is $65/month. You can also take 1-on-1 classes but that depends on the coach's pricing.
First time joining fee believe its $100 but if you pay 2 months they do not charge a joining fee so its $100 for the 2 months with joining fee waived i believe best bet is calling them and asking because they have different things too MMA ,101 training etc also first class is free really nice gym my kids go to the 101 classes
They open at 8 a.m
Of course, there are bilingual staff there.
