Honestly they get 5 stars just because of location and convenience! It saves a trip to the mall and you can usually score a coupon in store or on the app. The staff is plentiful but I wouldn't say the customer service itself is amazing, if that makes sense. I have gone to buy shoes 3 times and each time I get help immediately but the staff isn't super friendly, they are almost robotic, but it gets the job done. I have noticed they tend to run out of sizes fairly quickly but my last trip was a huge success. If you live in the Palm Springs area and don't want to go to the mall then definitely shop here first!

Go to their website and type in Jordans and if they sell them it should come up if not it'll probably just tell you they don't sell them
