We bought 10 car washes for $160 in 2019. And now told we have to pay $5 addionally to redeem them. Gift cards do not expire! They were eager to take $160 up front but now do not honor them. I will never come back after 15 years coming here. By the way, I always tip the staff eating the car because they shouldn't suffer for owners policies.or lack of them. Gift certificates should not have an expiration date. Mt Starbucks cards do not!

I would think, not their problem. Like saying, I got my clothes dry cleaned yesterday and today I spilled coffee on them, will you clean again for free. Seriously!!
