Went to have a propane tank filled. We waited in line, and asked the cashier to assist. She said they'd meet us back by the filler. Waited about 10 minutes. Found another associate, they called again. After about 5-10 more minutes we decided to just leave. On our way out we told them we were sick of waiting and would just go elsewhere. They weren't rude, but informed us the guy who fills was in the bathroom. 1-Why didn't anyone come back and tell us that there would be a longer wait, considering both cashiers were just leaning against the registers. 2-not cool telling customers about the poor employee stuck in the bathroom. Just apologize and say he was on break or something.

They do carry Abu Garcia Rods, but I am not sure that they are on sale.
I don't however if you call Big R instead of asking Google they may give you an answer.
