I knew absolutely nothing about bows coming in to the shop. I brought in my brothers compound bow to get it set up because he doesn't have the time. The lady at the desk took it in, explained the whole process step by step, and truly helped me learn more than Google could've. Took two weeks to get it back, which I didn't mind, and I purchased arrows and a trigger with the help of the employee. I know both my brother and I are very grateful to have the bow set up, and can't wait to use it. I truly appreciate how nice everyone here was, and how welcoming they were to a newbie. Will definitely be back for some lessons!

I bought my bow from Chicago archery about 5 years ago. I decided to have new strings put on and went to a different shop because Chicago archery moved and I thought they were out of business. I didn't look them up but should have. When I got the bow back it was F up in many ways. My cousin told me C A was now in Wood Dale so I went there. Bob went out of his way to help me out on three different days. I will never go any where else. Chicago archery is the best..

Great facility and great instruction! To give you a little backstory, I was looking at my life and realized I'm boring as hell! I go to work and I go home. I'm a husband and father and that's about it. I decided to start exploring things that I've always had an interest in, archery being one of them. I sign up for a six week beginner course at an extremely reasonable rate. My instructor Jessica, is very personable, makes you feel comfortable, but most importantly, knows what she is talking about. Every week, we were given one small thing to work on at a time. If you focused on those points that they presented, you could see an immediate improvement in your shooting. Wednesdays nights are something I really look forward to now because of Chicago Archery. Recently, I was at a networking event and I mentioned I was a toxofilite which acted as an incredible icebreaker. I've also found archery as a means of gaining awareness of my body, my posture, and my breathing. Overall, I could not be happier with my decision to give archery a try, specifically at Chicago Archery. Thank you to the staff and team as well as to my fellow students.

My friend and I are first time buyers of a compound bows and Bob did an excellent job of explaining our personalized bows and the bow mechanics. I definitely feel like the service was above and beyond. If you live in the Chicagoland and are interested in archery then check this place out!

Yes. They have an array of bows to rent and take lessons with. Not sure of the price. It's typically $10 just for the range time.
$35 for 1 person or $65 for 2 people. That’s one hour including equipment. They also have 6 week group classes for $155 including equipment.
Yes. Typically they run between end of June to early August.
Yes, it's for all ages. They have trained kids as young as 6 years old.
During the day is always easy. After 7 PM week nights can get busy. Saturday morning is usually good
