It's possible the manufacturer has it on backorder. Briggs have had carburetor and ignition coils on manufacturer backorders for over 6 months now. Not saying it has a briggs engine but just a example. All out of the repair shop hands.
Something this specific should be communicated directly over the phone. Good staff who will find just about anything you need.
I always got a person to answer. I bet the holidays are effecting normal business hours
