Service was slow, waited 5 minutes for the older woman working there to come from the back, phone in hand, and she wouldn't put her phone down long enough to help the young man working there fill orders. Or even wait on customers. She was very rude when I told her how long I and another woman behind me had been waiting while she was messing around on her phone. She dumped all the work on the young man there except for cooking my food I ordered. As soon as my food was finished, she took out her phone and disappeared in the back again, leaving the young man to do all the work once again.

They didn't give me fries at first and I had to ask for my burger to not be microwaved and then when I got my fries they didn't give them to me in a bag. Just a box a fries lol

I order a 2 chicken baskets, 2 double cheeseburgers, and 2 onion rings and they leave the fries out of my kids chicken basket?! They put my and my sons onion rings in the chicken basket instead??? I'm extremely unhappy with your service. I would go back up but don't have a car and had a family member go for me, I'm not able to have thre come.clear back just because you guys messed up my order😡
