Worst shop ever… save yourself the headache!! Dropped the bike off in august to get a new carb put on, just picked it up in November they never even fixed it… bike sat for months just for them to say the …Hi Marcus, thank you for the feedback on your experience. We would like to remind you that we have a 4 week MINIMUM wait time for any service work. We would also like to remind you that we no longer deal with the "offbrand" bikes, like the one you brought in here. We purchased 2 parts that were both incorrect(as we have no reference for these off brand parts), even the shop you bought the bike from gave you incorrect parts. We did end up finding somethng that would work for you and installed that. We also were going to give you FREE handlebar clamps, since you brought us plumbing pipe clamps to install your handlebars. The last conversation you had with an employee ended up with you calling them and a**hole. We asked you to pick up your bike, to which you entered the building with a gun and police needed to be called to escort you from the property. We do not conduct business with anyone who conducts themselves in that manner, no rational shop would! We wish you luck in your future powersports endeavors. Thanks again for the feedback marcus. The photo of how the bike was picked up, is exactly how the bike was brought in. To sum up the relations with this "customer" : Customer mad that we refused to work on his bike.

Re: if the bike was “off brand” and couldn’t be repaired it was a simple phone call. Why take it in the first place? The carb that was brought in was the carb already on the bike… and Ohio is an open carry state… like I said DONT DO IT PEOPLE!!! Attached are photos of how he gave my bike back
