Troubleshoot my winch which wasn’t working. They worked with Can Am and my winch was replaced under warranty. Everyone is very helpful and I trust them to take good care of my Renegade. I have worked mostly with Justin, Blake, and Logan. I met another one of the guys from the repair area when I picked up my Renegade. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, but he was also very nice and helpful. I am new to quads and they always answer all my questions. Logan assisted me when I ordered the Renegade and made the process go smoothly. Highly recommend them!

Dropped my General off on Wednesday for an oil change. I had called the week before so I had an appointment. It's now Friday and it is still not completed. Not to mention that when you arrive at the counter you are ignored for some time before being helped. This has happened every time I have been inside this place.
