Horrible Management, Bad Attitudes from Management, Lower Level Employees are okay, but everyone seems to hate their jobs and or lives. Super slow warehouse operations and charge lumper and late fees, but will delay drivers. Every Burris Logistics location that I've been to sucks. Its like this company only exists to make drivers lives miserable. Who owns this poor excuse of an warehouse operation. Its a joke and a shame. This particular location acts petty and shallow for some reason whenever you approach their shipping/receiving window. I dont understand why would you not acknowledge another human being standing at your Check-in window patiently waiting for customer service. They are rude and disrespectful to make you stand at the window 5 Minutes like we are children. They need to recognize we are all adults who really need to work together and act like the partners we are in this trucking industry. Not 1 Garbage Can onsite for Truckers inside nor outside, Management would rather hassle drivers and make the transaction harder than it needs to be. All upper management needs training on providing good customer service or need to be fired. Just because you don't enjoy your life does not mean you have to taint others joy. Don't Worry Be Happy
