I will be contacting a lawyer and have file my package as stolen with police. If the driver wants to lie about attempted home delivers when I'm standing outside for hours when he said he tried to come. I'll make sure the item is found on his truck and he can be arrested for receiving stolen property. I have now missed work because this is an automotive order that I need to operate my car safely.

I worked here for nearly 4 years & have ordered products shipped through here as well. As an E M P L O Y E E : •It's all about who you know as to how far up the chain you'll go. Not about what you know, or the work ethic you display. •Insurance was cheap and good; vision, dental & medical was about $20/mo. •At the time of my employment there was no 401k, long or short term disability or life insurance plans. •You cannot have your phone on you at work. As a C U S T O M E R: •Many times I've ordered furniture like headboards, coffee table from Wayfair that's been shipped through FedEx Ground. I paid extra for front door delivery and it was left at the bottom of the steps so I had to carry my package up 2 flights, despite often paying upwards of $55 for that service. •Packages have been delivered to the wrong apartment BUILDING. It's like they try to mess up or don't know how to read addresses.

I used to work here, I couldn’t work there for more than two days, it was terrible and I feel bad for all of the other people having to work there. They are horrible when it comes to accommodations for employees and the conditions of the workplace are horrible. They have a rule about certain packages not being able to go down the chute for safety reasons, but still I had at least four packages that were over the weight limit of the chutes coming down at me (the new guy) and my coworker who was injured previously. The truck we were on wasn’t supposed to have any Large heavy packages, but half of them were. I would not suggest working there, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
