Been waiting forever to get a new lock put on so we can have a key and I can get my mail. We been waiting weeks for them to change the lock on my mailbox at our condo we just moved into and 3rd week with nothing done. My mail is just sitting there. 16 pieces of mail I can't get out. I need my bills so I can pay them. 🙏 please

Received this from tracking information. This was a package that was sent “signature confirmation” and the carrier signed the confirmation and left it in the mailbox. USPS=JOKE

What do you do when you keep getting mail for someone who doesn't live at your address? I mark on the envelope to return to sender but the carrier doesn't take it back. I dont want to throw away someones mail but I don't know what else to do.
