Dan the tech came to take care of the Gold membership services. He cleaned out the furnace, even put my filter in for me. He noticed some rust in the unit and pulled the motor out and of course I’ll be getting that replaced. The cost is reasonable, even with the increases over the last year on everything. Company is very nice and timely, couldn’t ask for better service.

Gustavo from Kern was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed me what he intended to do with the furnace and exhaust duct and got my permission before beginning any work. At the end of the furnace cleaning and exhaust repair he made sure the thermostat and furnace were working. It's a relief to know that our old furnace is in decent shape for the winter. I;m glad I called Kern.
