I was impressed with the staff! They're very friendly, knowledgeable and don't run from you like other stores (menards). Had a great experience. I would have taken the survey but I lost the receipt. Lowes with be my first stop now.

Been shopping for years. I appreciate the veterans discount. Seems lately the service has gone down. See a ton of people but checkout yourself. Bought a over the range microwave. 1 month out to install. No calls. No communication. Its going on 2 months. Call the store. Speak to managers. Issues with the install company. Still No calls back or basic communication. Its almost like the managers don't care. Its a shame to. Sad to see big box retailers fail.. we why are understanding and patient but multiple times no communication or call backs. I understand its not a 5000 install. Treat ever customer the same whether its 10 dollars or 20,000 dollars. Have respect for people. Teach your employees to care. It starts with your managers.
