Ordered and one hour later I didn't even get it my sandwich. One employee told me to 'order more ahead of time' and that they're 'understaffed'. I work across the street and I never received any call that my order had arrived. Employees did say they would remake and redeliver and offered a $5 credit. This is a franchised location so they don't adhere to normal JJ customer service. Don't order food here you will probably be disappointed

They were out of turkey and roast beef. How can you be a sandwich shop out of these 2 staples? So disappointed!!

Gave up on JJ's because the sandwiches were mostly bread but this store makes a good sandwich. Plenty of meat, cheese and veggies ..

The sign on the business says open till 8, all the neon signs were off, and the door locked. An employee came to the door and explained those two signs are meant only for the week days. If that is the case, it should differentiate on the sign week days versus weekends. I would use the link you provided me for feedback, but your website for giving more details comes back with the error message "Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error" So, I'll give move info that I was providing there. On 7/31/2021 at about 3:45pm, my wife and I went to the door of the Airport Way location, only to discover it was closed. An employee opened the locked door to tell us they were closed. I pointed to the sign that is to the upper left of the door, above the 'Free Smells' sign that say's "Open till 8PM", he replied that's only M-F. I mentioned they probably want to update the sign then since that is NOT notated anywhere. That IS the only sign notating the locations hours. My wife and I went to Jersey Mike's instead.
