First time we've been in a Subway in a long time. This crew was amazingly chill.

Called to order a party platter ahead of time, and before hanging up told me to order online. This was for a company function, and I'm a firm believe that money not be spent at a place that makes it difficult for you to give them your money. You lost out on this order, and any future order with our company. We are going to Jersey Mikes instead! They had no issue taking a order over the phone! :-)

Their hours are listed, but when we stepped in, the gal said the lobby is closed. It's 7pm.

So, 3/4 of the dining room is blocked off, the bathrooms are out of order, I'm guessing they cleaned them and don't want to clean them again, even though it's three and a half hours from now before they close . There are only three tables available for customers. Both employees are now out at the dumpster sharing what looks to be a blunt, they run back when someone comes in. Didn't get a receipt, asked other customers if they wanted their receipt, when they said no, cashier started typing stuff on the register and took it money. Suspicious.
