Jim does it ALL! I could write a book!! It all began with my wedding ring guard that he had made to compliment my ring. The pieces of jewelry that I have purchased from him have always been just what I was looking for. The greeting, sales, quality , repair and knowledge are greatly appreciated. They were more than fair and generous when my daughter needed to sell her wedding ring. Thank you again, Jim!! 3 years ago I left a 5 star review of the extraordinary experience I had buying my wife's engagement ring from LaBosco's Jewelry Castle. I have had many prior years of great experiences with them. Today I decided it was time for my wife's ring to be upgraded. Jim Naylor gave us personal vip service the entire hour or so we sat down looking for the perfect ring. My wife decided on a magnificent .82 carat solitaire upgraded from her .50 carat previous ring. I also got a new wedding band which is amazing. It is being sized at the moment. The deal was incredible and we walked out feeling on top of the world. Dealing with Jim was the most pleasant experience we have ever had while buying jewelry. We look forward for many more in the future. Thank you Jim... **EDIT** My new band as well.

I took my engagement ring set for resizing. I had been previously told over their online chat(super convenient!) it could be a 2 week turnaround because of the holiday season, not a problem. I take it in on a Tuesday and they marveled at the ring my fiancé had been working on custom making since June and tell me with the time he put into getting it perfect for me, they’d be sure to have it back on my finger by Friday. I got a call today, Wednesday, that it was already done!!! I really am absolutely blown away by the customer service of this shop and the wonderful people I had the pleasure of interacting with. My rings are fit PERFECTLY and I am over the moon I only had to be without them for less than 30 hours! I will definitely be back and will recommend LaBosco’s to everyone! Thank you for making my New Years that much more special!

Everything they do is excellent! They repaired my late husbands ring in 2005 and I’ve been going back ever since! I’ve bought new jewelry, vintage pieces, and even had them replace a stone in my grandmother’s antique ring! Phenomenal service all around!

Thank you for asking! However, it’s very hard to tell without seeing the condition and being able to troubleshoot why it’s having an issue. Sometimes is a small issue and sometimes it’s not, so the labor cost involved in the repair would really determine my quote. Can you bring it by? If so, ask for Jim.
I have bought many things there from jewelry to tools and have always been satisfied with everything. I do believe they do Engravings.

If they do not have something like that in the display case I am sure they can get it. They have a huge selection and I am pretty sure I have seen small urn type charms you are looking for. Give them a call or stop by. They are great people and will help you to the best of their ability.

I do not work there but all the jewelry I have got from them always came in a nice box but not sure if they sell them. They are great people. I'm sure if you go in they will help you out anyway they can.
It would really depend on the extent of the repair. Most of the time they would have to see what needs to be repaired before the give you a quote so if you call they're probably going to tell you to being it in so the can take a look. If they have to add any type of precious metal the price of course would be higher but they have a master jeweler and they are a great place to do business with. They will most definitely take care of you...
So sorry we do not. I don’t know anyone who does locally actually. It’s a delicate process and I would suggest calling someone like B&H photo in New York City. If they don’t do it, they’ll likely know who will.
If the bracelet is sellable then we pay very close to spot gold...if it’s broken then generally $4 under
