This place has continually gone down hill with each new owner. This is now clearly an investor's group that is only interested in cash flow and doing nothing for the customers. If you don't like the service, they say "go somewhere else". They can't even take two minutes to tie up our boat so it floated off into the fork lift. They must have been in a hurry because they didn't raise our Bimini top either. It could be so much nicer! Looking forward to our rate increases in January. 😒

Skip came to the rescue when our boat wouldn’t start. After driving 45 min to get to the marina we learned our 2 batteries needed replacing. Skip immediately sprang into action and had the 2 batteries replaced within 40 min and we were on our way to enjoy a day on the water. Also, over the almost past 5 years Skip always takes the time to provide sound boating advice and recommendations. Skip is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the Marina.

We recently purchased a boat from the Folks at Cortez Village Marina. Chip & his team made the process smooth & simple. And, they follow up with excellent service each & every time we need anything. I highly recommend Chip & his team to anyone looking to keep their boat inside or to purchase a used vessel. A big thank you to the entire staff for all you’re assistance! Steve Ray

Questions & Answers

what is the vertical clearance of the bridge getting out to the iCW

Go in at high tide and you risk hitting the bridge with your bimini. Go in at low tide and you risk bottoming out. Depending on the height of your boat and its draft, best to go when the tide is going out and just low enough to clear the bridge so you have max depth. Of course, it'd be nice if the property owner would dredge under the bridge, but the marina has no control over that.
