If you're going to have seats all the way on the end of the arena, at least have televisions around the ring so we can see what's being projected. We're all paying customers and deserve to have the whole experience.

Had a nice time, no problems but traffic, go early, parking is terrible. The hosting comedian was really funny. I really enjoyed Earthquake!!

We visited the Raising Cane's River Center for the Baton Rouge Block Party Volleyball Tournament March 26-27, 2022. If it wasn't for the greed of whomever managed this event, it could have been a wonderful experience. Our first referee (up-ref) passed out mid court. We found out later that management prevented her from brining in any drinks and charged them and all guests $6 per bottled water. This ref laid on the floor for 20 min before EMTs put her on a stretcher. Some of the 15 yr old girls were crying as they thought she died. The replacement ref said she felt dizzy on the stand and the parents went and bought her $6 bottles of water. We wondered why it was so hot in the arena and one parent is an air-conditioning tech and asked management if the system was broken and offered to take a look at it. They informed us it was not broken but turned off. We can only conclude the AC system was turned off to save electricity and to encourage more people to buy $6 bottled water. If the management is going to turn off the AC and require all visitors to buy high priced bottled water that is one thing. To prevent the referees and people working for you at low wages from brining in water and forcing them to buy it is just plain wrong. If they are paid $15/hr, and they drink two bottles of water per hour, they are basically working for you for free. To top it off, our team won the championship. Management accidentally gave our medals to the 2nd place team. Baton Rouge is beautiful and the local people are wonderful. We saw that from all the parents pulling together to provide water to the employees at their own cost and offering to fix their AC for free. Raising Cane's, if you don't correct your management situation, people are going to stop paying thousands of dollars to visit your arena. All the people that love Raising Cane's chicken are going to associate the name with poor service and quality even if the arena has nothing to do with the chicken. Don't let that happen. For crying out loud just turn on the AC and provide your employees drinking water so they don't pass out. Not too much to ask.

We had a wonderful time at the For King and Country concert. Parking most reasonable and close. The only thing I would say is the stage was awkwardly placed and the front and center chairs should have probably been staggered for better viewing.

Anyone can go. As long as they are vaccinated. I was there for Hurricane Ida. FYI- I'm a truck driver and don't check things often.
We had to pay $5 for event parking, and did have to wait a long time to leave, perhaps an hour, but I made the mistake by parking at the top.
I never knew that happened.
How much the tickets are
Not sure but I'm sure if you check beforehand you'll receive the information you need...
