Don't even bother ordering for pickup from this location, they will cemetery ignore you unless you get in the long line to ask for your food. Don't know why they even bother to have the pickup shelves available, they don't use them. The orders are all held on a little cart behind them and you will end up waiting 20 minutes for someone to finally grab your cold food bag from back there.

Thought I give this place a chance again. Now I know why I do not go to this location often. Price increased for lesser amount of food. Everything looked emptied and dried out. My rice did tasted dried out on some bites. I’d give a zero or half a star if I could.10-19-2022 Below is my post from a year ago. I’d rate less if I could. We see four people working. One on the grill, one cashier, one on the food like. We were the 3rd and 4th people in line ( was not busy like normal). No one greeted us or any other customers. They were talking amongst themselves, re-stocking; instead of taking our orders; the 2 in front of us are still waiting. Ok the person in the food like was by herself, we’ll be patience and understanding. The person in the food line ( female, short, short black hair) asked what we wanted. She used the same gloves to touch my food after she just wiped down the counter. I asked/ told her to change her gloves. The cashier, she asked if I wanted my food re-made, I said yes. Rice was old and hard. Give too little meat. She slams the scoop of food items in the bowl as if she didn’t want to be there. Flavor was good, items were fresh is why I’m giving half a star. I thanked her for changing the gloves and re-making my food.

I love this chipotle, I will always recommend to purchase in person, so that your order will be correct. I give a 5 stars because the food itself is good 😊

I’ve ordered maybe twice from here, one of those times being yesterday, and now I have food poisoning. Chipotle is the only thing different thing that I’ve eaten outside of my norm.
