The new management has been working hard to upgrade this community and it shows! The grounds, the amenities, and the apartments are well kept, clean, and well-taken care of. The staff is friendly, professional, and takes very step to care for the community and the people here. In addition, this is one of the most affordable communities in this area. I am happy to call this my home!

These apartments have the potential to be wonderful but the property manager and other staff are neglectful and fail to properly address issues on the property and in the unit. There is a largely fake appearance of care for the resident but all they really want is your money. The property thinks that because this is in Fairfax that they can get away with a poor remodel and charging residents "luxury" apartment prices. Please. I could go on for days. I am fed up! We've had a leaking window for over a year and they still haven't fixed it. My floorboards were removed because of water damage (a totally separate issue) and we have been walking around on concrete subfloor for two months. Now the property manager is refusing to compromise and provide written commitment that our issues will be resolved. I am fuming right now but will happily leave other reviews here with the MANY pictures I have of the gross state of this apartment. Again - this apartment COULD be great but unfortunately we have been paying for what it "COULD BE" and not what it is. I highly recommend not signing a lease here if you can help it. The facade of quality and luxury is just that - FAKE! There is barely any parking, amenities are bare minimum (the gym is only open during business hours), the grilling area is unavailable, there's dirt and bugs and leaves and webs all over the entryways. And I'm pretty sure my apartment has had so much water damage that there is weak and molding wood within our walls that I have asked to be mold tested and have yet to have anyone come and do it. Of course. If I was able to move right now, I most certainly would. JUST. DON'T. DO IT!

What an absolute dump. Smoke free property? Completely a lie. We can’t seem to escape marijuana from our neighbors. Our whole space smelled of it today, disgusting. People can’t be bothered to put their trash in the provided dumpsters or pick up after their dogs. The THINNEST ceilings. Good luck sleeping.

The way the office has been handling a friend’s lease situation is abhorrent. Zac is the assistant property manager never seems to be in the office and always “steps out” at the most convenient times. The other people in the office don’t seem to have a clue on how leases work and the language around them even though this is a legal binding document. The team is super relaxed to a point where you have to micromanage them asking for timelines and following up on multiple instances. They never pick up the office phone and when they do the people there seem to have absolutely no clue what’s going on. It has been over 20+ times of trying to contact them via email and phone and it is radio silence. I feel bad for people who live on the property especially if this is how they treat people who are trying to lease with them.
