I understand a helpful staff is hard to find, and this place had two eager beavers there to help if you needed it, just ask. I did not ask... It grates my nerves to no end when someone gives unsolicited/unnecessarily tedious, detailed instructions on how to use the machines, as though I was born yesterday and fell off the turnip truck this morning. I assure you I'm not. I'm clearly a middle aged person in my appearance, maybe take that as a clue that this isn't my first week on planet earth, I've done laundry before. Insulting the customers intelligence can damage a businesses reputation, just as much as rudely ignoring them when they do ask for help. I'll go there again because they seemed to not have been rude with malice, they were genuinely nice people, almost too nice.

The business is clean. The employees are so helpful and kind. There are plenty of washers and dryers. The prices are reasonable.

Got here about 10 mins before 8pm. Sorted my laundry and started putting it in the washers. Attendant came over and kept telling me that the last wash was at 8. No machine could be started after 8:30. If she would have stopped harassing me, I could have started the machines a couple minutes faster. Got my clothes in the dryer right at 8:30. A couple minutes before 9, the attendant told me to remove my clothes from the dryer even though there was still time on the machine. She said it was Management's rule that everyone has to be out of the building at 9. I suspect she wanted to leave because she had a child with her. Regardless, I removed my clothes even though some we're still damp and I left without folding anything. I will not be back.

It's exactly what you expect of an average laundromat except that i had a lot of trouble getting my clothes to dry. Maybe i used too large of a load; other patrons didn't seem to be having issues. Regardless, be prepared to spend $15-20 for 3 loads.
