Johann is the best! I purchased a used vehicle from Watermark, not a Honda. I was having issues with it. Johann watched a video of what my car was doing and told me what he thought the issue was. I took the car to be fixed at Watermark sister dealership. My vehicle was not throwing any codes to let them know what was wrong with it. It went from an injector to spark plugs to VVT. None of which fixed my issue. The dealership had to call in an engineer from the car company to look at my car. And guess what?! IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT JOHANN SAID !! AND ALL HE DID WAS WATCH A VIDEO OF MY CAR!!

We wipe down all high-traffic areas with anti-bacterial wipes or disinfectant. All customer waiting areas, restrooms, ticket counters, etc., are being cleaned and disinfected. Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations through our dealership. Masks are worn by all employees. We will wipe down the main areas of the vehicle upon arrival in our service dept. and at departure. We offer complimentary pick-up and delivery for our service customers. Our technicians wear latex gloves while working on customer vehicles and discarded after each service. Our employee wash their hands ofter and after each customer interaction.
