Stayed in a premiere cottage. Liked it very much. Everything we needed was provided. Campground was quiet. Good location; close to Orlando and the beach.

Great park with great amenities! The pool, kiddie pool, gym and laundry facilities are very clean and easily accessible. All of the team in the office are very friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about the resort. Any questions or concerns we've had Sharron has always helped steer us in the right direction. Very glad we chose the location!

This resort is the most high priced campground in the area and it is pathetic not worth the money you can go to Luna and get better services and have peace and quiet Amazement there has no control And is unprofessional Almost wandered apart drunks wandered apart no security Live bands playing so loud you can hear him a quarter mile away for 5 to 6 hours at a time then they allow residents to sallow residents to sell food who aren't even license weren't even using sanitary practices no washing hawashing the hands but yet they're selling food in the pavilion

For 2022 Jan-Feb-Mar the cost is $941 a month plus a flat $50 for electric on a standard site and $1130 a month for a premium site
No age restrictions, Cable TV has a $50 deposit for the Little box. No monthly fee though. Last time I checked It was $754 a month plus $0.13 per. KW
There are always rentals. Especially now with covid your chances of getting a rental are better. I believe they are only up to 6 months & based on approval from office not from unit owner.
If the RV is older than 10 year they will ask for pictures to make sure the rv is good shape. Don't ever let age restrictions deter you. Most places will work with you if your rv is well taken care of.
Yes. But they're all one bedroom, mobile type homes.
Best to call the office, they can always give you the best info
Yes they have washer/ dryers at some of the bath houses
Some places have like an HOA. But I have seen older rigs there. There is a awesome camp by the swamp house in deberry. Nice place, and on the st. John's river. The food at the swamp house is very good too.
Animals allowed if it has wheels I would think it is allowed,we get discounts so I can't say as to cost. A lot of folks full time it appears
Depends on the availability but this time of year it shouldn't be a problem its fuller over the winter when the snow birds flock down south as for the dollar amount calling the head office would be your best bet 👌
I know they have little cabin (tiny house) looking sites for rent. I am not sure of the price. Give them a call, it is a nice resort!
@Julie, I met a couple who was renting longterm. I.know the resort allows you too. There's several permanent campers residing there. I suggest you call also for specifics.
they dont have rooms. but they do have rentable RVs
Ok..thank you. :)
They have some rentals. But you would have to call to see if any are available. There is couple that are for sale. Good Luck
