Close to my home and the vet techs are professional and very cordial. I had an experience with a doctor I never met during my previous visits that didn’t introduce herself and gave zero eye contact for the 3 minutes she met with my husband and I. There’s another vet we used several miles away we prefer because of his good “bedside manner.” These visits are pricey and the least we can expect is kindness from the doctor.

On our 1st visit the staff was super friendly, understanding and catered to the specific needs of my dog (he can be somewhat of a jerk sometimes) They were attentive and helpful. And made the visit a success!

*Update Micco is the newest member of our family and is in the great care of the Valusia woods team. I am extremely confident they will take care of him and my girls Luna & Shay for years to come. Barrett was my 7 year old boxer mix, best friend, and service dog. He suddenly became very sick and we brought him to Volusia Woods. I thought Barrett was just special to my family and I, but they treated him as if he was their own. Dr. Bailey and staff went way beyond what you would think a regular vet would do. You can tell they treated him from from their hearts. Barrett secummed to his illness this weekend after a 5 day battle, but my family and I know that the entire staff did everything possible for him, and words or a review can't say enough. We are forever grateful ❤
