Called and reserved roll in shower room(Handicap). Front desk person was nice. 2 people. 1 towel and 1 washcloth. Tile had black in grouted areas. Black mold around areas of where railing are mounted to shower walls. Toilet had not been cleaned under rim. Disgusting.Renovations we’re not an issue at all.Took pictures to show front desk. Will not stay at this Holiday inn express again.

Stay at the Hampton or sleep in your car. Very rude employees. They would not give us towels because they “didn’t know where they were going” and “people must be taking them.” Two towels in the room for my family of four. Keys wouldn’t work, had to get three within the first 24 hours of arriving. Employees using the pool at their own leisure. The breakfast was good but the pancake machine was down and still had to pay full price!!!

The room was not cleaned well. It was dusty, the Keurig was so dirty that I did not want to use it. There was popcorn on the floor from another guest, and some kind of wood as large as a cigar was on the floor as well... not sure what that was. Guests were slamming doors in and out till almost 11 with no security to check floors, and the mirror over the desk was so smeared, it was hardly functional. The walls are thin...I actually heard the guest in the next room snoring. Needless to say, I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed there for one night. The suit looked OK upon entering but after a second loock everything was dirty. My wife cleaned the bathroom floor or with a towel and you would not believe how dirty it was
