I came into an emergency situation and needed a place to rent in less than a week of my prior lease ending. I started looking around and found that Perry Cove had the only vacancy in over a hundred mile radius. Gave the office a ring, and explained my situation. Ms. Phyllis worked nonstop to get us in a unit. She promptly emailed a rental application to me and it was approved shortly after. A few days later, I was moving into the house in the front of the park. It was absolutely gorgeous, with new wood flooring and pretty cream colored walls. Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Nancy made the transition so easy, giving me time to pay the deposit in 2 monthly payments. Moved in on a Friday, and didn't realize that the water heater was gas, and wouldn't be able to get the gas turned on until the following week. Ms. Linda, the owner, so kindly prorated the rent for the 4 days that we didn't have hot water, and issued us a refund for the inconvenience. I only lived there for a few months, because I was able to find housing in my children's school district, just in time for school to start back, but I absolutely have nothing bad to say about the park or it's residents, as everyone stayed to themselves, and anytime there was an issue, management handled it immediately. I feel blessed to have been able to work with Ms. Phyllis and Ms. Nancy! Even though they often deal with bad tenants, they never treated my family any less than exceptional through the whole process. I'll forever be grateful for their compassion and dedication.

If you decide to look up reviews some by the health and sanitary department, they failed. At LEAST 50 stray/feral cats, breeding and caring disease and constantly getting sick. According to Florida statutes, these houses are not considered habitable (leaks, windows not functional/no heat). Do not live here unless you absolutely HAVE to. Drive around the park and ask the tenants yourselves. Read your rights as a tenant before signing and when you decide to jump ship.
