How can I reserve a picnic area?

You can reserve a shelter online. Go to www.cityofelgin.org/recreation and click on Register Online. If you have done any transactions with Elgin Parks and Rec, you already have an account in our database and do not need to create a new one online. If you have never logged in online, your username is your email address and password is your zip code.
