I was told when I arrived for a pre employment physical that it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. It was 3 hours in which they made me stay there and wait. There should be someone committed for people coming in for pre employment testing. The facility was dirty. On the good side the technicians and doctors were very nice

No, we do not offer ultrasounds.
There are two test. The rapid results is more expensive about $150 but you get results in 15min. The second test is about $80 but results take up to 4 days. Yes, you can check if your insurance will cover the costs of the test.

We do accept the traditional medicaid card at our Elgin clinic, along with Ambetter and Illinicare.
Yes, we do perform DOT physicals at all locations.
