Paid extra for 2 pizza sauce cups but received 1 garlic and 1 butter. Its a small mistake but one that can make or break the experience.

Took an hour+ for delivery, can hardly find the toppings, barely any sauce, ice cold. If you order from here, get it uncooked. You're going to have to cook it anyways so maybe it won't take so long to get delivered. The worst papa John's I have ever had

Correct me if I’m wrong but pizzas are supposed to have cheese. The pizza I got barely had any and none on half the pie. The worst pie I’ve ever had from Papa John’s. Completely awful pizza.

Ordered a pizza with extra sauce, I didn’t get it so I called and said the pizza I ordered was wrong. The lady I talk to said she made it and it wasn’t, so I told here they could come get it to check, she says ok and hangs up on my. I called back and talk to the manager and he offered to replace the pizza but I didn’t want her making my pizza again and ask for a refund. Manager was ok to talk to but other staff is clearly unprofessional and does not care about their job or the customer. Here is my pizza with “extra sauce”
