Took our daughter into pediatric ER she was showing signs of Covid and exposed at summer camp. Found the staff to be excellent from the front desk to the nurse, and physician assistant etc. The ER was clean not very busy. They were kind considerate professional. I know many have had a bad experience but not us. I was very pleased by the exact opposite. The hospital was clean and organized. We thank all of our health care professionals who are usually over worked. We had been at Watson Clinic first in the Highlands which did not take our daughters insurance and a bit usual there as usually they are great, but the front desk person there was not very nice. We are glad we chose to go to Lakeland Regional. Thank you staff!

Common courtesy and professionalism is rare. My mother was admitted several days and many times after a change of shift, the new nurse would come in the room and just straight to the computer without even a greeting or introduction. Many times I had to ask them who they were and what was their name. Also, one nurse was ok with me staying overnight with my mom to assist her, the next day the other nurse kicked me out because it was after visiting hours. Can everyone please be on the same page. Lack of friendliness, kindness, and just a smile. Seems like everyone is just too focused on getting a job done and have forgotten about the actual people involved. Human connection, care, and kindness should be the priority.

Amazing service. I was seen within 5 minutes after I entered the ER, twice. The doctors treated me like family and made sure everything was taken care of. They are phenomenal at their job and it shows. The food on the other hand was atrocious. Manager of dining needs to be fired. Two diffrent dishes, two different hairs. It tasted like the food was boiled in a bag and undercooked. All in all, great providers for the city of Lakeland.

My boyfriend was admitted here for a broken humerus bone. The sense of urgency just doesn’t exist. The nurses don’t return for hours or even come back when you ask for them. They just keep you in the dark completely. He was supposed to receive surgery the first day then the second then third and then day of he just doesn’t need it anymore.. the doctors are in and out, very frantic and don’t want to be bothered with questions or concerns. Very minimal information and just poor treatment from everyone in the facility. 0/10 do not recommend.

I have recently been released from the new Women’s and Children’s Building and, on the day I was admitted, I was immediately able to connect with the internet. However, for the next four days I had no internet. Several people tried to help but I could never connect again. So I would say internet service is very iffy. I have an iPhone 7+.
This hospital is nothing short of a joke, I asked to be admitted after I had a seizure and their response to me was, it wouldn't be right of them to improve my risk of getting sick by admitting me. I give this hospital 1 out of 5 stars.
It was full of money and they moved it to the bank!

Varies on when they want to keep it open late. Usually 8am till 8pm but was open past 11pm a few times.
On the 1st floor. The basement
It is located within the Carol Jenkins Barnett Pavilion for Women and Children, down the hall from auditorium entrance. The front desk at the pavilion can guide you.
Yes. One person can visit per day.
They should have a website with a careers page.
Call & always put a foot forward & be productive that shows you want the position that much more instead of waiting !
Hi, did you ask her nurses? They can contact different departments, such as laundry, lost and found, and hopefully find it.Best of luck,I hope your wife is doing okay.
MAYBE THEY ARE GOING HOME!
Yes
I believe you can still park for free at the parking garage. Valet parking is a great service but it is not free.
Yes there are multiple stairways.
Yes. In fact, LRH has an entire, newly built, hospital wing devoted exclusively to women and children.
Just go to valet parking. It is free. Then go right inside to the information desk and ask them.
Ask to speak to the medical records department
Yes they have a great one!!
