I have every bit of my experience with Reliance documented and the kindest thing they could do for the elderly is to shut them down. The incompetence is lethal for seniors who are already short on time. My surgeons office in Orlando can verify the outright lie they caught them in and because this place preys on the elderly, offering freebie packages to join and a list of promises they know will entice lonely, low income, desperate seniors needing healthcare. I wouldn’t let Reliance treat my lawn! I am seriously considering taking appropriate measures to expose not only my documented findings, but the findings of other medical practitioners who are well aware of the inadequate care, sloppy record keeping and insurance companies paying bogus claims at the Innovation Drive location. They should be named Reluctt, not Reliant!

For routine medical care, it seemed okay. However if you have a problem outside routine check ups, that's where it all fell apart. Certainly NOT the quality of care I am accustomed to receiving.

Promises is what they give you till you become a member then it's all down hill from there. My husband and I have both left and went back to our old Dr. thank God they took us back. Our Insurance Company helped us get out of this place. Don't go here you'll be sorry

We are a Primary Care Provider’s office, so while we do not have specialists onsite we do have a comprehensive care process with our preferred specialists who are located within the community and who we refer patients to as necessary. Please note that we do have additional doctors onsite in the specialities of Brain Health and Pharmaceuticals, plus Wellbeing Advisors (Licensed Clinical Social Workers) for emotional support.
At this time we do not have a dentist onsite but we work closely with several dentists in the community and we can easily pair you with someone on your insurance plan.
