Delray Beach, 4:15pm, a young girl put down her phone, took my order, NO talk, and all food put away because they close at 6:00pm. She proceeded to make ice coffee, but no cream; asked for a cup of ice, got a cup of water, no ice; and lemon loaf directly out of the refridge; again, NO talk. Untrained, unprofessional, unfriendly, thought I was in a gas station... Never to return...

Generally, I have always been satisfied of this place. Today, I have been served a rotten lemon slice(which I perceived initially as a tea bag) in my drink. This is so disgusting and disrespectful. Plus, I am currently pregnant so I’m highly concerned with this level of service.

Great concept, we need more of these. I just wish it wasn't freezing cold inside. 😱🥶
Integrated Fitness Company
Many positives. Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful. Always available and friendly. Clean bathrooms, private study/conference rooms (when covid compliant), easy online banking options (no fees), 1/2 price java, etc.

It is not a branch office in the traditional sense. I cannot say for absolute certainty whether or not one is able to open an account there but I believe one can

Happy hour is from 2pm to 4pm Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 8am to 9am today when the podcast is going on
No. You have to cash the check at the ATM or do mobile deposit. The only way to get cash is taking out the money per day so if you need to take more than $1K out you have to wait 5 days just for it to deposit them takeout the max per day which sucks. You can only take out a lot of cash if you go to their branches, which there is none in FL.
I had to have a Capitol One member help me. He called the main office and had a temporary increase issued so I could withdraw a large sum from the ATM in the cafe
Call them
No, this location is not a retail bank. It is an ATM WITH On-line access. There are no tellers nor bank officers here. You can have a beverage and hang out-that's the cafe angle.
Capital Cafe is not a branch of the bank. It is a glorified ATM with staff helping you navigate their online presence. You can do that at home. You can buy coffee, tea, snacks, etc and hang out there. You can arrange to use their meeting room space for certain events but Capital Cafe is not the traditional bank branch. There is no dedicated parking, no drive-thru, no "bank teller." However, the people are nice.
No, we are currently out of power from Hurricane Irma, and will open as soon as power in Delray Beach, Florida turns back on
