We sure do! New members have three days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is canceled within three days, the Studio will return to the member within thirty days all amounts paid. However, if a meal plan has been provided and the app has been accessed, this proprietary information has been assumed to have been downloaded and a $300 non-refundable fee will be assessed as this is a third-party service provider that has already been expensed. After 3 days and once ANY of the prescription materials have been specially designed, formulated, and delivered for you in your app we have a ZERO refund policy.
