I became familiar with Delray Villas because I visited relatives who live there. There are five sections in all with a few hundred homes. The 55 and up association is not as secluded as some elite gated communities; but they are set off enough from the main streets to seem quiet and private. Although the Villas is an older development in the county, it appears to be well-kept. I found the neighborhood to be friendly and courteous. Many of the homes locate next to convoluted ponds for a lakeside effect. The recreation center seemed tidy and the pool quite clean. I'll be glad to visit again. There is a wonderful natural preserve close by. The famed Morikami Japanese Gardens are just a few miles south.

The HOA is very efficient, though the fees relatively high. Our neighbors are absolutely WONDERFUL!

Dirty. No wind screens. Very badly maintained
