DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This is by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived. They’ve been over charging me for rent for 3 months but won’t call me back to fix it. Everything is absolutely falling apart. Everything is trashy and run down. Don’t even ask about the “laundry facilities” (dungeons with 2 washers/dryers that will most likely not work and cost you over $3) There are even bee swarms. Literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t move here unless your life depends on it. I loathe everything about this place and can’t believe it’s really this bad.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Please take the time to read. You won’t regret it.. see photos as well!! So I moved in August 1st and the office staff had to smash bugs as she was giving me the keys. (Shoulda backed out then but needed an apartment and I already signed the lease) after 1-2 weeks I had BUGSS everywhere. I mean everywhere. And I tried to get them to spray and they didn’t ever show up. So the 3rd week of August I moved out. Told them it was a health hazard and I wanted my deposit back. The refused. I paid them $2,800 to begin with. Then-on the 30th 95% of my things were gone except my vacuum and a handful of decorations and my heart monitor that I had to return that I couldn’t, which cost me $2500… and they changed the locks and neither key they gave me would work for my apartment anymore..so I couldn’t even get back in to finish my final clean or get my things. They also, about 5 days into the lease had the people above me completely soak through the bathroom and I woke up to a puddle of toilet water from above soaked through and the Ceiling was falling down. They never addressed it in the 3 weeks I was there. They also didn’t ever give any warning of them coming to change my shower head (not sure I needed one of those, but I needed the bugs and leak fixed, as mold was beginning to grow) and the maintenance team unlocked my door and walked in unannounced! So now, not only do they refuse to return my deposit, they sent me to collections within days in the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. Don’t waste your time here. This place is a JOKE and You’re better off living outside with the bugs and rain than in this dump!! Completely disgusting!!

Moved out back in February and told them multiple times my fiance and i would no longer be living there. We were not on a lease because they told us we could just go month to month on payments. Come to find out that they evicted our former roommate and ate claiming we are also at fault, when he paid rent for the month they are trying to collect from him. Office was uncooperative and did not respond to his attempts to make contact. I live 600 miles away now, so i don't know why they are still trying to collect from my fiance and i when we didn't live in the apartment and were fully moved out for over 2 months now.

I am writing this after 2 months of being consistently ignored. I was going to file a report with the better business bureau but could not find the complex listed under accredited or non accredited. My dishwasher broke a few days before new years eve, I have been very patient with the office for getting this fixed because I know it was the holidays and everyone is having staffing issues but this is ridiculous now. No one has told me if the part for it has even been ordered! I've called over a dozen times in the past couple months and every person tells me they will call me back with an answer and they never do. This is by far the nastiest apartment I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from them. I've had a slew of problems since moving in but being ignored for months on end has to take the cake! This place is a joke! They switched out apartments 3 days before move in, they switched us to a bigger apartment but I still pay over $900 for a tiny 1 bedroom, and they stuck us at the very back of the complex that seems to be where all the loud people are. The a/c (window unit because that's all they have) was covered in mold inside and out which the maintenance man admitted to but all I got was some mold and mildew cleaner sprayed on it. Seriously, I ignored all the bad reviews to save money on an apartment and would not recommend! When we originally signed our lease we rented the senna and we're supposed to stay at that rate. Right now that apartment goes for 799 max and I pay $920 a month, even if I was paying. I'm in a primrose but was getting the senna deal because of how bad they screwed us over at move in time and even if I rented that apartment today full price I would be paying less that I am right now. This place is horrible and will definitely rip you off.
