They are happy to take your money but when you need a refund and its approved they wont respond or give you your money back. I have been asking for my refund since April. Its now september. I will be filing a civil claim against them. They are much more expensive too. Use UShip instead.

Horrible experience made to think they were the actual movers however just a broker. My belongings were picked up 3 days late and showed up to my home at 10:45 pm to load. They tried to scam me for more money. The delivery has been a nightmare been told 3 different days they were coming and I still have not gotten my things back. Never use this company.

SCAM!!! They will sale you to a different company the moment you make the first payment. The other company will give a different estimation once your stuff is loaded and the second payment you make is actually their money. They will give you a higher price after having your stuff and that will be the cost of the third party which an individual driver that will demand to take their money cash or work order upon delivery. Your stuff will come in bad shape, broken and no one will car. Do your home work and hire and proper company to do this. this is SCAM!!!!!!!!

Do not book with them. I had to cancel with them and I am glad I did because they are very unreliable. The catch is... I am still waiting for my refund from March from when I was promised my refund...
